Cancellation feesUp to 1 month prior to arrival date 40 % of package or total accommodation
rate. Payment methods10 % pre-payment of the total package price. The final invoice can be paid in cash, with an ATM card with PIN, Eurocard/MasterCard, Visa or Diners Club Card. Regular guests with at least 3 stays of 5 nights each will also receive a bonus (loyalty card). |
Dogs10 Euros per day (not including feed). We reserve the right to charge for any necessary cleaning. We ask for your understanding that no dogs are allowed in the restaurant areas, Beauty, Vital or garden areas. Arrival and departureThe rooms are available from 2 pm on your day of arrival. Please vacate
your room by 10 am on your day of departure. Late checkouts are only possible
