Making sure we have balance and quality in our diet and lives helps us stay healthier and happier, but achieving this can be difficult given our busy and often stressful lifestyles. At the Pirchner Hof’s hotel restaurant, we are in the happy position of being able to grow a wide variety of herbs and vegetables on the family farm and in our own Hildegard garden. Our chef uses this lovely produce to create healthy and delicious dishes. Having been entirely captivated by Hildegard’s food teachings and their emphasis on enjoyment, he has now become a true expert on the saint and confirms:
