We have already sent you your personal access data in the welcome message or by e-mail after your departure. From now on, you can collect loyalty points with every visit to us at the Hotel Pirchnerhof!

How many loyalty points will you receive after your holiday?

The number of loyalty points is calculated from the room or accommodation price (excluding extras, tips). After departure, we automatically credit 3% in the form of loyalty points to each guest’s account.

What can the loyalty points be used for?

Your exclusive Pirchnerhof Club account contains special offers that you can book online and redeem your loyalty points for. If you do not find a suitable offer, you can also redeem your loyalty points for consumption in the A la Carte restaurant area, the bar, for massage treatments in our wellness department and in the Pirchnerhof Shop. Your loyalty points will be converted into a cash discount at the hotel reception at the end of your stay and deducted from your hotel bill.

How long are the loyalty points valid?

Loyalty points do not expire. Only those that we give you annually for your birthday expire after two years.

In your Pirchnerhof Club account you can enter the details of a friend or acquaintance under “Recommendation” and send a personal holiday recommendation. When your recommended friend visits us at the Hotel Pirchnerhof for the first time, you will receive 250 loyalty points credited to your account.
