Arrival and departure:
We try to make the booked room at the Hotel Pirchnerhof in Reith im Alpbachtal, Tyrol available as early as possible on the day of arrival, but no later than 2 pm. On the day of departure, we ask our guests to vacate the room by 11 am. In consultation with our reception team, you can leave your wishes in advance. If you arrive earlier, the use of the wellness areas is of course possible on request. Should you arrive later than 8 pm, please notify us accordingly.
We ask for timely clarification of availability with our reception team.
On the day of departure the rooms must be vacated by 10:00 am. Late check-out possible upon availability:
until 14:00 hrs at €50,– surcharge per room.
until 18:00 hrs at €100,– extra (excluding dinner) per room.
Until 20:00 hrs at Euro 150,– surcharge for the room as well as Euro 45,- per person for the 4-course dinner.
After binding booking a deposit of approx. 25% of the booked arrangement will be charged automatically. We ask you to transfer the deposit to our account at Raiffeisenbank Alpbachtal eGen.

You can also pay the deposit by providing your credit card details (Visa, Master, Direct Trabnsfer) directly in your personal secure area of the online request and reservation manager.
Train Station Shuttle Service:
Our hotel’s own shuttle service is available to every Pirchnerhofguest. For the pick-up from the train stations Jenbach, Brixlegg and Wörgl we charge EUR 30,– per ride. A vehicle with 7 seats is available. We offer this service on request and subject to availability.
We only guarantee for reservations confirmed in writing or, in the case of telephone reservations, the credit card number must be given.
The room sketches on our homepage and in the brochure are schematic and not to scale. All prices offered include, unless otherwise stated, the services of the Pirchnerhof Inclusive Services. Services not used will not be refunded. A possible early booking bonus is only granted on room rates, not on additional services and children’s rates.
Single occupancy supplement in the room categories EUR 50,– per pers./day, in the Deluxe Suite category EUR 125,– per pers./day, for the Family Suite an offer is made on request. Dogs welcome: please inform us about the size of your dog when booking. A cost of EUR 15,– per day (without food) will be charged. We ask for your understanding that your pet is not allowed in the catering area (buffet), in the entire wellness and wet area. On the sunbathing lawn we have an allocated area where dog owners can stay with their dog.
We ask you to pay the balance on arrival in cash or by EC or credit card (Visa, Master). Please note that for security reasons your credit or bank card may have a daily or weekly limit. Therefore, payment will be made at check in. In such a case you can increase the limit for your trip by calling the respective card provider. You are also welcomed to pay the balance by bank transfer. In this case we ask you to make the transfer at least one week before arrival. Please be sure to include your family name and reservation number with the transfer!

Cancellations can always occur. Please inform us as early as possible. We try to be accommodating – however, should the room remain vacant due to your last-minute change, we are unfortunately forced to charge cancellation fees. Up to 3 months before the agreed date of arrival of the guest at the latest, the accommodation contract can be cancelled without payment of a cancellation fee by unilateral declaration by the contracting party. All cancellations within these three months are possible by unilateral declaration of the contracting party only under payment of the following cancellation fees:
- up to 1 month before the arrival date 40 % of the total arrangement price;
- up to 1 week before the arrival date 70 % of the total arrangement price;
- in the last week before the day of arrival 90 % of the total arrangement price.

Cancellations up to 3 months prior to the stay will be charged an administration fee of € 30 per reserved room.
Bookings that cannot be made due to the Corona pandemic and possible official closures will be rebooked or cancelled without complications. Deposits remain in the form of vouchers in the value. We recommend in any case the conclusion of a travel cancellation insurance, since also a possible Corona illness of the travellers is insured.
Extended Corona cancellation policy with 24h free cancellation for winter & spring bookings.
Valid for stays between 01.01.2022 and 04.04.2022. If the following Corona aggravations apply to you as a guest at the start of your trip:
- A travel warning for the Alpbachtal or the entire province of Tyrol/Austria applies to you.
- You are subject to a compulsory quarantine measure ordered by the state after your return from the province of Tyrol or Austria.
- You or a person travelling with you have a positive Corona test and an official quarantine notice.
- You or a person travelling with you are subject to an officially ordered quarantine measure due to the contact person regulation.
In accordance with Directive (EU) 2015/2302, the company Pirchner Hof GmbH assumes responsibility for proper performance of the services offered and included in the package price. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our reservation department. In addition, the company Pirchner Hof GmbH has the legally required security for the repayment of your payments in case of his/her insolvency.
