Hotel Pirchnerhof Booking Conditions

Arrival and Departure:
We endeavour to make the booked room at Hotel Pirchnerhof in Reith im Alpbachtal, Tyrol available as early as possible on the day of arrival, but no later than 2 pm. On the day of departure, we kindly request our guests to check out by 10 am. Should you have any specific wishes, you are welcome to discuss them with our reception team in advance. Early arrivals may, of course, enjoy the wellness areas upon request. If you anticipate arriving later than 6 pm, we kindly ask that you notify us accordingly.

Late Check-out:
We kindly ask that you confirm availability with our reception team in a timely manner. On the day of departure, rooms are generally to be vacated by 10 am. Late check-out rooms are only available subject to availability.
Until 2 pm, an additional charge of €50.00 per room applies.
Until 6 pm, an additional charge of €100.00 per room applies (excluding dinner).
Until 8 pm, an additional charge of €150.00 per room applies, as well as €45.00 per person for the six-course dinner. Beverages are charged extra.

Upon confirming your booking, a deposit amounting to approximately 30% of the booked arrangement will be automatically requested. We kindly ask you to transfer the deposit to our account at Raiffeisenbank Alpbachtal eGen.

Alternatively, you may provide your credit card details (Visa, MasterCard) and make the deposit directly through the secure area of our online enquiry and reservation manager.

Shuttle Service:
Our hotel’s shuttle service is available to all guests of Pirchnerhof. The following charges apply for pick-up from train stations/airports:

  • Brixlegg: €10.00
  • Jenbach: €30.00
  • Wörgl: €50.00
  • Innsbruck: €130.00
  • Munich: €300.00

Prices are calculated per trip. We have vehicles with 4 and 7 seats available. This service is offered upon request and subject to availability.

General Information:
We only guarantee reservations that have been confirmed in writing.

The room layouts on our website and in the brochure are schematic and not to scale. All offered prices include, unless otherwise specified, the services of Pirchnerhof’s inclusive benefits. Services that are not utilised will not be refunded. Any early booking discounts apply only to room rates, not to additional services or children’s rates.

Single occupancy surcharge in the room categories is €50.00 per person/day, in the Deluxe Suite categories it is €125.00 per person/day, and for the Family Suites, an offer will be provided upon request.

Dogs are welcome: Please inform us of the breed when booking. A surcharge of €15.00 per day applies (excluding food). We kindly ask for your understanding that pets are not permitted in the dining areas (buffet, restaurants), the entire wellness area, and the wet areas. In the lawn area, we have a designated section where dog owners can stay with their pets.

We kindly ask you to settle the remaining balance on site either in cash or by EC card or credit card (Visa, MasterCard). Please note that for security reasons, your credit or debit card may have a daily or weekly limit. Ensure that your limit is adjusted for the trip and any additional payments. You may also settle the remaining balance via bank transfer. In this case, please arrange the transfer at least one week before arrival. Be sure to include your family name and reservation number in the transfer! Bank details:

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations can occur. Please inform us as early as possible. We kindly ask for your understanding that we must also protect ourselves against no-shows, and therefore, in the event of cancellations, fees of up to 90% of the agreed room rate may apply. Hence, we recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.

Direct bookers are granted the option to reschedule their booking within the same season. If this is possible, 90% of the total invoice amount already paid in advance will be applied. If arrival within the same season is no longer feasible, there is no entitlement to a refund of the invoice amount, and the reservation will be treated as a cancellation with a 90% cancellation fee.

Up to 3 months before the agreed arrival date, the accommodation contract can be cancelled by either party without incurring a cancellation fee.

All cancellations within these three months are only possible by unilateral declaration of the contracting party under the following cancellation fees:

  • Up to 1 month before the arrival date: 40% of the total arrangement price.
  • Up to 1 week before the arrival date: 70% of the total arrangement price.
  • In the last week before the arrival date: 90% of the total arrangement price.

For cancellations up to 3 months before the stay, a processing fee of €30.00 per reserved room will be charged.

We strongly recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance in any case.

In accordance with Directive (EU) 2015/2302, Pirchner Hof GmbH assumes responsibility for the proper provision of the services offered and included in the package price. Should you have any questions, our reservations department is always at your disposal. Furthermore, Pirchner Hof GmbH has the legally required security in place for the reimbursement of your payments in the event of insolvency.
