A day full of relaxation – including services & offers

Our Day Spa is the ideal opportunity to do something good for yourself. The entire wellness area is open to you from 10.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m., and from 12.00 p.m. our sauna area offers deep relaxation for guests aged 12 and over. Discover the bio-sauna (60° C), the Finnish sauna (87° C) and the steam bath (45-49° C) as well as the infrared cabin, the crushed ice pool and the modern relaxation room with tea and water station.

For yoga fans, free participation in our yoga classes is a special highlight. The culinary delights also leave nothing to be desired. During your stay, house beverages – including water, tea, coffee, juices and light beer – are included until 6.00 pm. In addition, our indulgence time from 2.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m. invites you to treat yourself to delicious snacks. You also have free access to:

Start your day spa experience from 8.30 a.m. with a revitalizing and balanced breakfast buffet. Look forward to a rich selection of fresh and regional ingredients that will set you up perfectly for your wellness day. You can expect home-baked spelt rolls, fresh bread from our baker, homemade compotes, jams and jellies, Alpbachtal honey, egg dishes prepared in front of you using eggs from local farms as well as milk and cheese products from Tyrolean farms and dairies. Round off your day spa with a special culinary experience. For just € 45.00 per person, you can enjoy our elegant 6-course evening menu, prepared with love and creativity by our kitchen team. The upscale, innovative country house cuisine impresses with meat, fish, Hildegard von Bingen and vegan dishes. A generous salad buffet, with fresh garden salads, wild herbs and cooked salads according to Hildegard von Bingen, rounds off the healthy meal.
