The experiences of Hildegard von Bingen also accompany us in the kitchen. The dishes inspired by Hildegard for a modern and balanced diet harmonise perfectly with a purely plant-based wholefood diet, as well as the innovative Tyrolean country house cuisine. Hildegard’s nutritional teachings include a wide range of herbs and spices, which we obtain directly from our own Hildegard garden and from neighbouring farms.
By the way, you can taste the healing effects. We are looking forward to welcoming you and pampering you with best dishes from Tyrolean cuisine with an international twist as part of your pampering board.
We primarily use regional and seasonal products, such as beef from our own farm, eggs, yoghurt, cream cheese spreads and cheese from neighbouring farms, hoeny from the Alpbachtal Valley, homemade jams and syrups for cocktails and lemonades, or our own gins. Delicious ingredients from our own herb and vegetable gardens find their way into the kitchen and our team is happy to recommend a perfect Austrian wine match for each course.
