Culinary

Indulging pampering board from the vital kitchen

  • A generous breakfast buffet with regional natural products. Enjoy freshly prepared egg dishes, homemade breads, compotes and warm muesli according to Hildegard von Bingen as well as fresh jams and fruits from the garden.

  • A fine afternoon snack from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m  offering you a tasty selection of light, vitamin-rich salads, hearty soups, as well as regional delicacies and pastries.

  • 6-course dinner menu with meat or fish dishes as well as vegetarian and vegan whole food, a generous salad buffet including Hildegard von Bingen salads and herbs and regional cheese.

  • Herb and spice mixtures according to Hildegard von Bingen at mealtimes.

  • Our house drinks such as water, orange juice, multivitamin juice, cola, lemonade, tea, coffee, light beer & house wine are included for you and your loved ones from 12 p.m. to 10 p.m.

  • A tea bar with special herbal blends and special teas as well as dried fruits and small snacks is also available in our wellness area during the day.

The Alpbachtal Card

All guests of Hotel Pirchnerhof receive the Alpbachtal Card activated from the day of arrival free of charge. This allows admission to numerous excursions and destinations and participation in a lot of activities.
