Fitness & Active programme

Experience the desire for fitness on an active vacation at Hotel Pirchnerhof. Whether at the gym or outside in our impressive mountain scenery – here everyone can find their personal counterpart to relaxation on vacation. The motto is: individually pursuing your drive.

“Push yourself” – regular workouts in the fitness room

You want to work hard for your dinner? No problem! For those who like to continue training during their vacation, we offer a wide range of professional TechnoGym equipment, such as a treadmill, cross trainer, bike trainer and rowing machine in our cardio station. The power station is equipped with a Unica, Plurima Multistation, Multipower, Dual Pulley Cable Station, as well as dumbbells and outdoor skill tools.

Active programme

Fixed activities of our weekly activity programme are:

  • Stretching exercises & morning meditations
    with WellFit coach Christa. Simply loosen up your muscles and start the day relaxed.

  • Yoga
    Yoga courses with Gaby and Vanessa in the light-flooded yoga room or on the yoga lawn. Three to four times a week.
  • Body Boom and Cross Athletics
    firming and strengthening body and endurance workout with Juso, each once a week.
  • Sauna infusions
    Sauna infusion master Johannes warms you up every Tuesday and Friday afternoon! (Days may vary subject to availability).
  • Hildegard von Bingen keynote speech
    with our WellFit coach and Hildegard von Bingen expert Christa. Learn more about the 6 golden rules of life or your immune system. Once to twice a week.
  • Inspiring mental coaching
    Mental fitness: two-hour workshop with Caroline to train your resilience and step strengthened through your everyday life. Thursday afternoons.
  • Guided family hike
    through the local mountains und summits of the Alpbachtal valley. Organised weekly.
  • Guided summit tour with Andi
    Saturday mornings, the five-to-six-hour summit tour starts with Andi to the greatest peaks and viewpoints in and around the Alpbachtal valley. Having a good head for heights is a must! On Friday evenings you will receive all necessary information regarding the hike from Andi personally.
