Hildegard von Bingen’s six Golden Rules involve drawing energy from nature as well as enjoying a balanced diet and healthy sleep patterns, balancing work and leisure, detoxing by fasting regularly, and optimising physical and mental strength through exercise and relaxation. Her rules provide a recipe for a relaxed, healthy and enjoyable life in our fast-paced, driven times.
