Your daily tasks in this position are:

• You sweeten our guests’ day with your high-quality and creative drinks
• You serve our guests with your lovingly made coffees, cappuccinos, aperitifs and drinks on the sun deck, bar, lounge and in the restaurant
• You advise our guests on the choice of wine
• You take responsibility for operational processes in the bar, sundeck and lounge area
• You comply with all hygiene regulations and report maintenance requirements and hazards
• You work out new suggestions for the further development of the drinks menu
• You take responsibility for beverage distribution and stock and place orders
• You play an essential role in a highly motivated service team #leadingbyexample
• You support the service team during their operational times
• You embody the Hotel Pirchnerhof through your personal style
• You support the hotel management in the planning and implementation of all F&B activities
