• you have / are doing an apprenticeship in the hotel industry or similar
• you want to build up / deepen your knowledge in all departments of the hotel

• you speak good German and English. Other foreign languages are an advantage

Your daily tasks in this position will vary per department in which you will provide support.

The following departments are part of the Operational Hotel Management Trainee Programme:

• Housekeeping
• Reception
• Technique & Caretaker
• Kitchen
• Restaurant & Bar

You will be trained in each of these departments so that you gain a good understanding of the responsibilities of each department as well as the interaction and communication between the departments.

In all that you do, you are an important representative of our hotel and embody the Pirchnerhof brand through your personal style.
