Your daily tasks in this position are:

  • You are an important representative of our hotel and embody the Pirchnerhof brand through your personal style
  • You welcome our guests warmly and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process
  • You market our outlets and our leisure partners
  • You are the first point of contact for all guests’ wishes and concerns
  • You accompany our guests through their stay and take responsibility for their satisfaction
  • You ensure that your team complies with all procedures regarding reservation requests, bookings, check-in/out, hygiene regulations & orderliness
  • You train your team to deliver a high level of guest service and to always think service oriented
  • You inspire your team to go beyond themselves
  • You check enquiries, guest files and reservations
  • You communicate and collaborate with other departments on an ongoing basis
  • You work out suggestions for improvements to the reception processes
  • You take care of group reservations
