• you have completed an apprenticeship in gastronomy or hotel business and/or have already gained experience in restaurants
• you have a high guest and service orientation
• you like to take responsibility
• you speak good German and are polite in your dealings. Other foreign languages are an advantage

• you work independently and show commitment
• you value cleanliness and are familiar with hygiene regulations
• you enjoy working in a great and innovative team

• you are reliable
• you have sommelier experience or wine knowledge, this is a welcome add-on

Your daily tasks in this position are:

• You sweeten the stay of our guests with your positive and friendly manner
• You take responsibility for the satisfaction and care of the guests
• You offer first-class menu or à la carte service
• You prepare the guest tables
• You prepare the service stations and the cold buffet
• You comply with all hygiene regulations and keep your workplace clean, and report maintenance requirements and hazards
• You are a key member of a highly motivated team and are willing to expand your area of responsibility
• You communicate continuously with the entire service team
• You embody the Hotel Pirchnerhof through your personal style
• You support the F&B team with your menu and service ideas
